How to report an error on USSolar.shop and how we investigate, correct, and disclose mistakes in our Texas solar data.
Report an error
Email editors@ussolar.shop with the page URL, the figure or statement you believe is wrong, and the correct information with a source if you have one.
How we investigate
A member of the editorial team verifies the claim against primary sources within three business days. If the claim is confirmed, we correct the page immediately.
How corrections appear
Substantive corrections to a number, an incentive term, or a factual claim are noted on the page and the last updated date is changed. Typographical and formatting fixes are made silently.
- Substantive correction: noted on the page with the date
- Clarification: wording tightened where the original was ambiguous
- Update: content revised because underlying facts changed
What we will not do
We do not remove accurate criticism at the request of a company, and we do not alter content in exchange for advertising or affiliate consideration.
